Once payment has been received by entering your credit card information, making a PayPal or Venmo payment, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, in the group coaching experience ORIGINS, you (“Participant/Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services by The Metaphorical Midwife/Danielle Pitre (“Coach”), and you are entering into a legally binding agreement with this Company, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. In this way, you agree not to hold me, my company, dba, The Metaphorical Midwife, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.

By participating in this group work, the participant acknowledges that the coach is not a medical doctor or psychologist. The Client acknowledges that the Coach is not medically qualified, is not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, does not warrant the accuracy of any information provided, is not liable for any losses the Client may suffer by relying on Coach's advice.

The Coach may provide the Client with information relating to products that the Coach believes might benefit the Client, but such information is not to be taken as an endorsement or recommendation. The Coach is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from any information or coaching provided.

Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, The Metaphorical Midwife/Danielle Pitre, against any and all liability and expenses in connection with claims for damages of any nature arising from such party’s performance or failure to perform in obligations hereunder.

Coaching is a confidential relationship and the coach agrees to keep all information strictly confidential, except in those situations in which the Participant provides written consent, or if such confidentiality would violate the law (e.g., jeopardize the safety of the client or others). In these cases, your communications may be disclosed to appropriate state law enforcement authorities. All information shared within the group setting requires an understanding and respect of mutual confidentiality for participants and coach.
